right to reject properties presented to us that do not match our buying criteria. This could be due to price,
terms, condition or location of the properties, financing or various other reasons. When you sell the properties to
us, you do not pay any agent’s fees and in some instances we may absorb the legal fees and other related fees.
However, in the instances where you do not end up selling the properties to us or we are unable to buy your
property, we will assist you with your permission to sell the properties on your behalf to a prospective buyer. In
such instances, we will usually charge estate agent’s fee on the success of helping you to sell your property.
Where we are able to match a bargain priced property to a prospective buyer, we will seek some introduction fees
from the buyer.
